In the heart of Chillicothe, Ohio, local artist, Kathy Bates, is creating inspiring paintings for her stunning new exhibit, “Chasing Beauty.” This collection, on display at Argo & Lehne Jewelers from October 5, 2024, through January 4, 2025, is a celebration of light, shadow, and the vivid colors that make up the world around us.

Kathy Bates, originally from the east side of Columbus, is drawn to the interplay of light and shadow, a passion that shines through in her oil paintings.
