Each March, we make it our mission to give back to causes that resonate with us and our clients. This March we are focusing on self-care! Oh how we all need it! With the extra stress of the pandemic and everything else going on in each of our lives it seems the perfect time to reflect on a subject matter that has affected us all at some point, anxiety and depression. In addition, we have partnered with the local female owned spa, Skin and Sugar. They have two locations – Upper Arlington and Powell. We absolutely love their products and services and are so pleased that together we can raise awareness of the importance of self care. When we are depleted, it’s impossible to give ourselves to other responsibilities, projects, friends, family, etc.. We can always make excuses as to why we can’t find the time but nothing is as important as taking care of yourself.
