Recently, we learned that the esteemed Hammond Harkins Gallery had closed its doors at their Short North location. Upon discovering that a dear acquaintance of ours is taking over ownership, we felt inspired to offer the community a sneak peek of the exciting new chapter ahead. Together, we have curated a wonderful exhibit that sets the stage for the gallery’s future.

Hammond Harkins Galleries is known for bringing world-class artists to Columbus, Ohio. New owner, Tiffany Duncan, is excited and honored to reopen this cherished landmark of the Columbus arts scene, carrying on this great legacy. Hammond Harkins will be reopening its doors in the new downtown arts district at Gay and High Streets in February 2025. Please enjoy this preview of what the gallery will be presenting in its new space.

Meet the Owner

Tiffany Duncan was born in Columbus, OH and attended Columbus School for Girls. Coming from a creative family, Tiffany began private art lessons as a small child and her love for art grew from there. Tiffany attended Miami University and earned a BFA with a focus on sculpture and painting and a minor in business—Arts Management.

Tiffany has worked extensively in the non-profit world, spending the majority of her career in Development and event fundraising at the Columbus Museum of Art. She serves on the Columbus Dance Theatre Board of Directors, the Franklin Park Conservatory Women’s Board, and is a member of the Creative Mornings Columbus team. Tiffany is excited to enter this new chapter and looks forward to providing greater Columbus and beyond with access to a variety of art and ideas to enrich our vibrant creative community.

If you are an artist looking for representation, please feel free to contact us. We are proud to represent both established and emerging artists. Thank you to our partners at Argo & Lehne Jewelers for this opportunity to share a taste of what’s to come for HHG.

While the focus is primarily on contemporary art, there is still significant interest in more traditional pieces, so a balanced mix will be offered to ensure there is something for everyone. This collection at Argo & Lehne provides a glimpse of the wide variety that will greet you in our new space this autumn.
