Why Argo’s?
Working in an establishment like this gives you an incredible opportunity to connect with people’s lives. I’ve always been fascinated by objects of all kinds and how they hold meaning and stories for the people who own them. Being part of the Argo and Lehne team lets me be a part of those special moments and items for people, which is a truly wonderful feeling.
Favorite part of the job?
You get to interact with a lot of really neat items working here—it’s particularly enjoyable seeing custom pieces come to life and working with vintage items. We do also have a really wonderful team of people here—my coworkers are all awesome!
When you aren’t at Argo’s?
Odds are you’ll find me with my partner Anna! For fun, I love to read, cook, go on walks, and sleep (naps are essential). I’m always looking for new book suggestions—currently, I’m working on Terry Pratchett’s Discworld and Mary Beard’s series of works on Rome.
How do you sparkle?
Cooking for others, hearing about people’s interests, learning, and exploring are all things that help bring me a little extra sparkle!
Favorite A&L piece?
We have a yellow gold and silver vintage coin bracelet currently that I absolutely love—it’s a fun piece!
Local Hot spot?
I live right by Lavash, in Clintonville—started grabbing food from there in college and have kept going post-graduation! Highly recommend their garlic sauce.
