Each season we experience new fashion trends effectively influencing how we dress throughout the season. It can be difficult to keep up with these trends or even figure out how to incorporate these accessories into everyday outfits. Luckily, we’ve documented some of our favorite runway jewelry trends for winter 2019.
Twisted Jewelry
Captivating twisted and geometric shaped earrings are a huge hit this winter. We absolutely adore the sterling silver dangle twist earrings photographed below. They have all the shimmer perfect for a fancy holiday party or for just an easy, elegant, everyday look. The movement and shine of these earrings truly make them stand out!
Multi Chain Necklaces
The layered look has been in style for awhile but this season, we are seeing not only different lengths and sizes but also mixed metals. Also seen on the runway, are charms of different styles and sizes hanging off these layered chains, adding an even heavier look. We really like this modified look on our sales associate and model in all yellow gold, especially against her cream sweater.
Dramatic Brooches
As a fan of the brooch (in particular, a one-of-a-kind vintage brooch), we are ecstatic to see all the over-sized and in-your-face brooches this season. A brooch can make any outfit pop and brighten up any cold day. We’re always an advocate of a large brooch on a winter coat. Pearls
If you are wondering if pearls are in fashion, the answer is YES! And not just in the winter season but throughout the entire year we have consistently seen pearls dominate the runways. You will notice different lengths, sizes and shapes scattered on clothing and accessories. We featured a vintage multi-strand freshwater pearl necklace with gold and diamond clasp which lays elegantly on the collar bone.
Chunky Bracelets
With the weather colder and sleeves longer, it makes sense that chunky bracelets are trending this season. Layering bold bracelets over blouses and sweaters is once again a crowd pleaser. Featured is a vintage yellow gold paneled bracelet.
Opulent Matching Sets
These runway models are wearing crystal matching sets but also seen trending are colorful matching gemstone sets. Really, all over-sized jewelry is on-point. Why not add a splash of color like this gorgeous citrine combination?!
